Against The Current are leaning into liberation on new single ‘Heavenly’
The independent trio follow up their sold-out tour with fresh music.

Against The Current are back with 'Heavenly', their first new material since a string of singles last year.
The band - vocalist Chrissy Costanza, guitarist Dan Gow and drummer Will Ferri - first came together in 2011 when all three were just 15 years old. Having operated as independent artists since the release of their 2021 EP 'Fever', the trio put out 'silent stranger', 'blindfolded' and 'good guy' throughout 2024.
'Heavenly' now picks up where that run left off, arriving on the heels of a sold-out tour spanning the US, UK and Europe. Costanza shared: "Heavenly is the realisation that the fall from grace is liberation. After balancing on a knife's edge atop a pedestal others put you on, the moment of letting everyone down becomes the first gasp of fresh air after a lifetime of holding your breath."
