Alabama Shakes announce their first North American tour in eight years
Following December's surprise reunion show, the group announces comprehensive tour schedule and hints at forthcoming new material
Alabama Shakes are set to embark on their first tour in eight years, announcing an extensive run of North American dates for summer 2025.
The band have confirmed their return following a series of studio photos shared last week, with the upcoming tour beginning at The Salt Shed Fairgrounds in Chicago on 16th July and concluding at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas on 27th September.
The announcement follows the band's surprise reunion performance in Alabama this December, where Howard invited bandmates Zac Cockrell, Heath Fogg, and Ben Tanner to join her on stage. Howard has also revealed that the group have recorded "a bunch of new music that will be released soon."
