Bloc Party are set to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut album
'Silent Alarm' with a deluxe box set release and extensive world tour.
The multi-platinum debut album, originally released in 2005, will be reissued as a four-LP deluxe box set on 26th September. The collection includes the original album, a compilation of B-sides and rarities, the band's 2004 John Peel session for BBC Radio 1, and seven original demos - with the Peel session and demos being made commercially available for the first time.
The anniversary release will also be available in 2xLP Edition, 2xCD Edition, and Amazon Music Exclusive 1xLP Reissue formats.
The band are embarking on a global tour spanning North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, beginning with a performance at Mexico City's Pepsi Centre on 8th May.
