Bombay Bicycle Club are going to play a remote beach gig in North Wales

The indie band will perform at a secret beach location requiring a hike to reach, as part of Columbia Hike Society’s HikeFest.

Bombay Bicycle Club are set to headline the UK’s most remote gig, performing at a secret beach location in North Wales on 17th May. The performance, part of HikeFest, will require attendees to complete a hike to reach the isolated natural venue.

The event is organised by international hiking community Columbia Hike Society, and aims to showcase the connection between music and the outdoors. Attendees will receive coordinates on the morning of the event and will be guided to the performance by hike leaders.

Support for the show comes from London-based duo lavender, comprising Oskar Rice and Adam Jackson, who are performing ahead of their debut album ‘we’re having a barn dance’, releasing on 23rd May.
