Cruz Beckham has shared a new single called
‘Yeah Yeah Yeah’, continuing the rollout of his debut material alongside backing band
The Breakers.
Produced by Justin Raisen and Lewis Pesacov, the track follows previous releases ‘
Waste Your Pain’, ‘
For Your Love’, ‘
Optics’ and ‘
Lick The Toad’, and arrives ahead of Beckham’s debut US headline tour and a summer of festival appearances including Reading & Leeds,
Lollapalooza and
Outside Lands.
Described as a fan favourite during his recent UK headline run, ‘Yeah Yeah Yeah’ leans into a more playful side lyrically and sonically.
“I’ve always kind of been a little s**t growing up,” Beckham says. “Lucky for me, that cheeky and unserious side of myself was never muffled, and in maturing I try to stay true to myself. I feel like this track is about the moments where you want to make life slightly less serious and just have a bit of fun.”
Earlier this year, Beckham completed his debut UK headline tour, including three sold-out nights at London’s Courtyard Theatre.
