Liverpool quartet share another taste of EP 'I was born, I was dead'.

DBA! have shared a new single called ‘Little Rivers’, the latest preview of forthcoming EP ‘I was born, I was dead’, which arrives this Friday, 29th May.
The Liverpool quartet’s latest release follows previous singles ‘a poet and a clown’ and ‘Falling out’, continuing the band’s recent run of wiry, off-kilter indie rock.
Speaking about the track, frontman Sam Warren says: “‘Little Rivers’ is sonically a step in a different direction for the band. It’s a confessional ode to the politics of being in a band and a bittersweet lament to the bands no longer with us.”
Formed in a DIY studio beneath a Liverpool nightclub, DBA! have steadily built momentum over the past 18 months, drawing influence from artists including Pavement, Elastica, Beck and The Breeders.
The new EP follows last year’s debut release ‘skip! Worried’, with the band recently making their first trip to the US for New Colossus Festival in New York ahead of further UK dates later this year.
