Earl Sweatshirt, MIKE and SURF GANG have released their collaborative double album, ‘POMPEII // UTILITY’
The split double album arrives with a sprawling world tour attached.
A long-anticipated collaborative double album from Earl Sweatshirt, MIKE and producer collective SURF GANG is now available through 10k/Tan Cressida/SURF GANG Records.
Titled 'POMPEII // UTILITY', the record splits into two halves — 'POMPEII' featuring MIKE and 'UTILITY' featuring Earl Sweatshirt — with production handled throughout by SURF GANG's Harrison, evilgiane, Elipropperr and Flea Diamonds.
Ahead of their forthcoming touring commitments, the three acts staged secret performances across LA, New York City and London over the past week, with locations revealed through a scavenger hunt hosted on their website.
An extensive run of live dates now follows under the banner Home on the Range, spanning North America, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Select shows will feature support from Niontay, Cletus Strap, Anysia Kym, Na-Kel Smith, Lerado Khalil, Lisha G., C.FRIM and Chef Chung.
The Australian leg includes a performance at Sydney Opera House as part of Vivid LIVE Festival.
