Elmiene teams up with Sampha for new track 'Saviour'

Elmiene has shared 'Saviour', a collaborative effort with Sampha, who co-wrote and produced the track. A performance video accompanying the single features Sampha on piano.

The single premiered as BBC Radio 1's Hottest Record and represents the final preview of 'sounds for someone', which arrives on 27th March. Across the album, production credits include Jeff "Gitty" Gitelman, No I.D., and Raphael Saadiq, who also features as a performer on the record.

Elmiene and Sampha's working relationship stretches back further than this release. Sampha previously contributed to Elmiene's track 'Mama', while Elmiene appeared as a guest at one of Sampha's Hackney Church shows towards the end of 2023.

Prior to 'Saviour', Elmiene shared several tracks from the album, including 'Reclusive', 'Cry Against The Wind', and the double single pairing of 'Honour' and 'I Want In'. He also put out 'Heat The Streets Some Mo', a remix EP reworking his mixtape 'Heat The Streets'.

A North American headline tour spanning 18 cities launches on 30th April in Detroit, running through to 31st May in Los Angeles. Later in the year, Elmiene brings the tour to the UK and Europe, opening in Amsterdam on 29th November before visiting Paris, Berlin, Manchester, Bristol, and Brussels. The run concludes on 8th December at London's Eventim Apollo.
