Elton John-inspired Watford FC shirts are going up for exclusive auction
The auction celebrates his transformative impact as chairman since 1976.
Watford FC are set to auction Special Edition Elton John shirts, commemorating the 50th anniversary of Elton John becoming the club's chairman.
The auction, managed by MatchWornShirt (MWS), features shirts worn (and signed) by Watford players during their EFL Championship match against Blackburn Rovers. The auction will run from 10th October to 18th October; further details are available on MWS.com.

Elton John, who became chairman of Watford FC in 1976 and has been a lifelong fan, played a significant role in designing the shirts. The design draws inspiration from his 'Diamonds' album artwork, incorporating a star design sublimation. The reverse of the shirt features an embossed print of his renowned lyric from 'Your Song'.
