Franz Ferdinand look to be teasing a new song ‘Don’t Forget The Best Bits’ with a secret Spotify snippet

Sneaky Franz Ferdinand.

Fresh from announcing the departure of their drummer Paul Thomson last week, it looks like Franz Ferdinand are ‘up’ to ‘something’.

If you head to the band’s Instagram story, you’ll see they’ve been sending fans out postcards – like the one in the post below.

And if you carry on, you’ll notice there are posts for something streaming on Spotify, like this.

And if you go on Spotfiy, and search for ‘The New Scottish Gentry’, you’ll hear a song – titled ‘Don’t Forget The Best Bits’ which absolutely certainly features the vocals of frontman Alex Kapranos, registered with Franz Ferdinand’s label, Domino.

So, in conclusion – Franz Ferdinand. They are indeed ‘up’ to ‘something’. Glad we got that sorted.
