girlpuppy has confirmed a bunch of May UK tour dates, including The Great Escape

Atlanta musician girlpuppy announces seven UK and Ireland tour dates for May, including appearances at The Great Escape Festival.

Artists: girlpuppy

girlpuppy has announced a series of UK tour dates this May, including shows at The Lower Third in London and The Great Escape in Brighton.

The Atlanta-based musician, also known as Becca Harvey, released her second full-length album ‘Sweetness’ on 28th March via Captured Tracks. The album explores themes of grief, transformation, and growth following the end of a four-year relationship, with Harvey’s songwriting taking a notably personal approach.

The record features singles including ‘Since April’, which pairs distorted guitar and thunderous drums with bittersweet hooks, and ‘I Just Do!’, a track about falling for someone emotionally unavailable. The album also includes ‘Windows’ and ‘Champ’, both released earlier this year.

Alongside the album, girlpuppy has launched the Sweetness Breakup Mixtape, a collection of 10 playlists representing different stages of heartbreak.
