Harry Stone has just dropped an emotional new track, ‘Original Love’.

He may have only dropped his debut EP earlier this year, but Harry Stone is on a winning streak with releases, and his latest, ‘Original Love’, stands to show that. A more stripped-back side to him, it comes after a three-night residency at London’s Laylow this summer and was worked on with Jimmy Hogarth, Jon Green and JONAH.

On ‘Original Love’, Harry says: “To hear this is to hear a person so torn apart they don’t know which way is up, as that’s what was happening to me. I changed my life after recording this track. It came at a time when I was realising I had to develop a healthy relationship with myself, I had to just be alone for a long time…nobody else had the answers.”

“My Dad stays with me in London every Thursday to make evening rehearsals for an orchestra in Stockwell. Every time without fail he asks to hear my new music. Usually he’ll dismantle the harmony while it’s playing, or test himself to hear the time signature, but in this case he just listened, head down, eyes closed. I could tell this song was special when that happened, it was almost like it stopped being a song and became something else.”

Harry has also shared a lyric video for the track, which you can check out below.
