Kamal. has dropped ‘i don’t care’, a raw new track shaped by personal loss
The piano-driven exploration of loss arrives via Def Jam Recordings.

Caribbean-British singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Kamal. has put out a new single titled 'i don't care' through Def Jam Recordings / Neighbourhood Recordings, accompanied by a 'live from the garage' video.
The track was produced by Kamal. alongside Matt Cooke. Shaped by sudden personal loss, the lyrics emerged as an unfiltered, stream-of-consciousness exploration of confused anger, regret, and the nature of relationships.
The Harlesden-born artist has previously released singles 'no friend, no lover' and 'how the f* does everybody else manage' ahead of 'i don't care'. His debut mixtape 'so here you are, drowning' arrived in 2023.
