Kehlani has announced her new self-titled album
The personal new record arrives in April with signed editions available to pre-order now.

Kehlani has revealed details of her next record, a self-titled project arriving on 24th April. The album, simply titled 'Kehlani' (because that's how self-titled records work - Ed), is being positioned as one of the most personal releases of her career so far.
Drawing on themes of love, growth, vulnerability and transformation, the record brings together raw storytelling with a genre-crossing production style. It represents a moment of clarity and creative freedom for the artist, who has earned over 20 gold and platinum RIAA certifications and tallied more than five billion streams across her catalogue to date.
The announcement follows a significant period for Kehlani, whose single 'Folded' reached number six on Billboard's Hot 100 and spent nine weeks at number one on Urban Radio. The track has surpassed 800 million global streams and also topped Rhythmic Radio, R&B Radio, and Apple Music's R&B charts in both the US and UK. A companion release, the 'Folded Homage Pack', brought together fresh takes on the track from Toni Braxton, Brandy, JoJo, Mario, Ne-Yo and Tank.
Separately, Kehlani is due to receive the Impact Award at Billboard's upcoming Women in Music event, where she will also perform. Signed vinyl and CD editions of the new album are currently available to pre-order. Further details surrounding the record are expected in the coming weeks.
