Kendrick Lamar’s new album is coming next week, and it features U2

Obviously, right?
It’s April 7th, and no, we don’t have a new Kendrick Lamar album.

Don’t be too downhearted, though. We do have the next best thing – the release date for a new Kendrick Lamar album – and it’s only a week away. Another seven days to “get y’all shit together”. You can stay excited for that long, right?

An iTunes listing for ‘ALBUM’ (we’re assuming that’s a placeholder name – Ed) reveals a new record will drop on Friday, 14th April. Upon pre-ordering, it also provides a list of composing credits. There’s James Blake, BadBadNotGood, The Alchemist and Mike WiLL Made It. That’s all lovely. There’s also U2.

So that’s a thing.
