Tate McRae and Lady Gaga have been announced as the next musical guests on Saturday Night Live, with episodes airing on 1st March and 8th March respectively.
McRae will perform alongside host Shane Gillis, marking her second SNL appearance following her debut in November 2023, where she performed ‘Greedy’ and ‘Grave’. The appearance follows the release of her third studio album ‘So Close to What’.
Lady Gaga will both host and perform on the 8th March episode, marking her fifth appearance on the show. The multi-hyphenate artist previously took on the dual role of host and musical guest in November 2013, with her last musical performance on the show taking place in October 2016. Her appearance comes in support of her new album ‘Mayhem’.
The performances are part of Saturday Night Live’s 50th season celebrations, which began in September 2024. Gaga recently appeared as part of the show’s anniversary celebrations, performing at SNL50: The Homecoming Concert.
