Leigh-Anne has released "bold, raw and unapologetic" new single 'Dead and Gone' from her debut album 'My Ego Told Me To'
Her upcoming tour starts in Dublin, hitting major cities across Europe in 2026.
Leigh-Anne has unveiled her latest single, 'Dead and Gone', accompanied by a new music video. The track is part of her forthcoming debut album, 'My Ego Told Me To', out 20th February.
Speaking about the track, Leigh-Anne explains, “Dead and Gone is about letting go of the version of myself that played it safe for too long, the version that cared too much for what other people think. Killing off the old me so I can make room for the freer, fiercer and more honest version of myself. Dead and Gone is bold, raw and unapologetic. The sound of me truly stepping into my power.”
'Leigh-Anne's debut album, 'My Ego Told Me To', reflects her Caribbean heritage and is described as a fusion of pop, R&B, dancehall, and reggae. "These are songs I’ll be proud of in five, ten years, because they reflect exactly where I was," she says. "You’ll hear my world in it, my daughters, my marriage, my fight for power, and the moment I embraced my fire side and said: no more. This is my show now.”
