Lorde has announced the full details for her forthcoming album 'Solar Power', plus a huge world tour.
Following the arrival of the record's title track, we now know that the full thing will be with us on 20th August, and will be supported with a massive - yet actually rather intimate - world tour.
That includes a UK run in May and June of 2021 that includes two nights at London's Rounhouse. Tickets for the dates go on pre-sale this Thursday, 24th June, with general sale starting on Friday 25th June.
Of the album Lorde says: “The album is a celebration of the natural world, an attempt at immortalizing the deep, transcendent feelings I have when I’m outdoors. In times of heartache, grief, deep love, or confusion, I look to the natural world for answers. I’ve learned to breathe out, and tune in. This is what came through.”
