Lorde, Turnstile and Geese lead the FORM Festival 2026 lineup
Adrianne Lenker, Blood Orange and Disclosure are also confirmed for the Arizona event

Arizona's boutique FORM Festival have revealed the bill for their return to Arcosanti this October, with Lorde, Turnstile and Geese among the headliners.
Joining them across the 9th October to 11th October weekend are Blood Orange, Kamasi Washington, Disclosure, and a solo set from Big Thief's Adrianne Lenker. With a strict capacity of just 2,500, Lenker's appearance marks her only announced solo performance this year. Dylan Brady, Underscores, noise rockers YHWH Nailgun, Danish experimentalist ML Buch, Nourished by Time, Twin Shadow, Sean Kuti & Egypt 80 and a DJ set from Tinashe round out the wider programme.
Originally launched in 2014 as a DIY release party for Hundred Waters, the project of founder Zach Tetreault, FORM has carved out a distinct identity through its intentionally limited scale and refusal to expand. A fresh collaboration with Spotify brings a new Fresh Finds stage dedicated to spotlighting independent emerging talent, while ambient-leaning listeners can look forward to the return of the Envelop Stage, hosting longform performances from the likes of Tycho. Wellness programming and guided hikes led by collective USAL also feature once more.
Initial ticket allocations disappeared rapidly when sales opened last month, though organisers have now made a limited additional batch available to coincide with the lineup reveal.
