Matt Maltese has joined a diverse lineup of artists for 'Chet Baker Re:Imagined', a new tribute collection celebrating the 70th anniversary of 'Chet Baker Sings'.

The project brings together fifteen international artists from across genres including R&B, pop, soul and jazz to reinterpret Baker's work. The collection features British artists dodie, Matt Maltese, Matilda Mann, Joel Culpepper, Ife Ogunjobi of Ezra Collective, Hohnen Ford, Eloise, Poppy Daniels and Puma Blue. International contributors include The Netherlands' Benny Sings, Canada's Stacey Ryan, American artists Delaney Bailey and Mxmtoon, South Korea's Sara Kang and Australian-Filipino artist grentperez.

"Chet Baker was of course a very large influence growing up," Maltese explains. "A masterful vocalist who taught me how to sing gently and like I mean it. No one should really cover the song I've covered, but I hope it can be received as an ode to the greatest to have done it."

'Chet Baker Re:Imagined' is released on 11th April 2025.
