Max Winter has released his new single 'Candlelight', featuring Sorry's Asha Lorenz and Rael
It follows his debut EP 'Mourning Routine'.
Max Winter has released his new single 'Candlelight'.
The track features Sorry frontwoman Asha Lorenz and South-East London rapper Rael.
The single is taken from his forthcoming mixtape 'like the season!', following his debut EP 'Mourning Routine' which was released in late 2025 on Secret Friend.
"'Candlelight' started as a beat Will and I were sending back and forth," Winter explains. "I spent a few days with both Asha Lorenz and Rael and the tune became a bit of a collage. They both have very unique vocals and created very distinct sections for the tune which I've tried to weave together."
Winter is a composition graduate from Trinity Laban conservatoire and has recently toured as guitarist in Nourished By Time's live band. He is also one third of thredd.
He will play at the George Tavern in London on 19th February.
