Fans spot Megan Thee Stallion hint in possible Grand Theft Auto 6 tease

Fans speculate Megan Thee Stallion may appear in GTA 6 after spotting palm tree artwork similarities in her recent photoshoot.

Rumours have emerged suggesting Megan Thee Stallion could be set to appear in ‘Grand Theft Auto 6’, following speculation around a recent social media post.

The rapper shared behind-the-scenes footage from a photoshoot featuring palm tree artwork similar to that used in promotional material for the upcoming game. Adding to the speculation, Rockstar Games currently follow Megan Thee Stallion’s account on Instagram, though the footage was later revealed to be part of an advertisement for her Chicas Divertidas Tequila brand.

Megan Thee Stallion already has ties to the franchise, with her track ‘Cash Shit’ featuring in ‘Grand Theft Auto: Online’. The game series has previously collaborated with other artists, including Dr. Dre, who released new music through the online multiplayer as part of ‘The Contract’ expansion.

ScHoolboy Q has confirmed his involvement with ‘Grand Theft Auto 6’, while T-Pain has indicated his participation in the project. “I used to be on NoPixel, then I started working on Grand Theft Auto 6, and [Rockstar] told me I couldn’t do role-play anymore because it kind of goes against [their rules],” T-Pain says.

‘Grand Theft Auto 6’, officially announced in December 2023, will return players to the Miami-inspired setting of Vice City. Take Two CEO Strauss Zelnick has expressed confidence in the game’s release schedule for this year.
