Rachel Chinouriri has released her new single ‘Darker Place’, a song about the battle between light and darkness

"Every human being has the potential to do anything."

Rachel Chinouriri has released her new single, ‘Darker Place’.

The track follows on from her recent cover of ‘What the World Needs Now’ with Boots, as well as the singles ‘Give Me A Reason’, ‘Beautiful Disaster’, and ‘The River Bend’.

Speaking about the new single, Rachel explains: “‘Darker Place’ is about the battle between light and darkness. I don’t fear darkness and believe that in the right circumstances, every human being has the potential to do anything.

“I wrote this about a person who follows someone around, but is conflicted on whether to act on impulse or hold their urges – that battle that this person has in their head.”
