Reneé Rapp has announced a new single, and her debut album, ‘Snow Angel’

The album will be a follow up to her 2022 EP, 'Everything to Everyone'.

Reneé Rapp has announced her new debut album is on the way. ‘Snow Angel’ is due for release on 18th August.

Alongside the announcement comes news of the self-titled lead track from the record. ‘Snow Angel’, the single, will arrive on Friday 9th June.

Speaking about the news, she said in a social media post: “My album was done. I had all the songs. I even had the lead single picked out, too. I spent 4 months writing nearly every day. I spit out all my concepts, all my ballads, my fuck you’s and my I love you’s. We rented out studios in Jersey while I was filming Mean Girls and cried in damn near every studio in the valley. Fast forward May 8th probably 11pm. Alexander and I were supposed to be finishing vocals but we decided to try a hail mary.”

She then goes on to explain that a “traumatic experience” from a year ago influenced her in writing ‘Snow Angel’. Speaking of her team, “they believed in the song as much as I did… that meant everything.”

The album will be a follow up to her 2022 EP, ‘Everything to Everyone‘. Ahead of her new music arriving this week, you can check out the EP here:
