Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco have announced a new collaborative album, ‘I Said I Love You First’

The couple will release their relationship-inspired album on March 21st, launching with single ‘Scared of Loving You’.

Selena Gomez and benny blanco are set to release their first collaborative album ‘I Said I Love You First’ on 21st March via SMG Music/Friend Keep Secrets/Interscope Records.

The pair have marked the announcement with new single ‘Scared of Loving You’, written by Gomez, blanco and FINNEAS, and produced by blanco and FINNEAS.

The forthcoming album documents the couple’s relationship, exploring their story from before they met through to their current partnership.

Gomez has accumulated more than 176 million single sales and over 38 billion streams worldwide across her three solo studio albums, each of which reached number one on Billboard’s 200 album chart. Her collaboration with Rema, ‘Calm Down’, holds the record for the longest-running song on Billboard’s U.S. Pop Airplay Chart and stands as the most successful Afrobeat song to date.

blanco’s production and songwriting credits include work with Ed Sheeran, SZA, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Maroon 5, Juice WRLD, and Sia. His solo career includes two Platinum albums, ‘FRIENDS KEEP SECRETS’ and ‘FRIENDS KEEP SECRETS 2’, which have accumulated over 11 billion streams.
