SG Lewis has shared a new single, ‘Lifetime’, with a wedding-themed music video

SG Lewis has shared ‘Lifetime’, the latest single from his upcoming second record, ‘AudioLust & HigherLove’. The track has also arrived with a wedding-themed music video.

The new song is the most recent cut from the British producer’s second studio album, ‘AudioLust & HigherLove’, which is set to arrive in full on January 27th via PMR/EMI - it follows previous singles ‘Missing You’, ‘Something About Your Love’, ‘Vibe Like This’, ‘Infatuation’, and ‘Call On Me (with Tove Lo)’.

The upcoming LP will follow SG Lewis’ 2021 debut effort, ‘times’, which Dork’s 4-star review said offers an, “unspoken encouragement to throw caution to the wind and embrace pure joy”.

‘Lifetime’ was inspired by the likes of Steely Dan and Hall and Oates, and features cinematic strings backing a simmering call-and-response chorus.

On his new release, SG Lewis explains: “I think that ‘Lifetime’ could be my favourite record I’ve ever made. I wrote it with my friends Ed Drewett, Reuben James and J Moon late one night at Decoy Studios, and the song is largely about Ed and his wife. It’s a song that channels inspiration from a lot of the music I grew up listening to, and holds a very special place in my heart.”
