The Great Escape have announced more than 175 additional artists for their 2025 festival line-up.

The festival, taking place in Brighton from 14th - 17th May, will now feature over 450 acts performing across 35 venues. British rock band Skunk Anansie are set to headline The Independent Stage at The Old Market on 16th May, ahead of their new album 'The Painful Truth'.

The latest additions span multiple genres, with Brighton's Badger bringing bass-heavy garage, while London duo Blue Lab Beats represent the jazz-electronic crossover scene. The line-up also includes Liverpool's Courting, Brighton's feminist electro-punk trio CLT DRP, and Melbourne's instrumental doom metal act Divide and Dissolve.

Soul singer Nia Smith, psychedelic collective Mandrake Handshake, and Cambridge six-piece Ugly are among the other notable additions. The festival has also expanded its late-night programme, The Late Escape, which will run from 11:30pm to 4am featuring electronic and club artists including Sim0ne and Mechatok.
