The 1975 have announced that they will be hosting a release party for their new album, ‘Being Funny In A Foreign Language’, at Pryzm on October 13th.

The band’s new album is due for release on Friday October 14th, and this intimate show will be the first chance to catch the band in the flesh around the time of release. The news follows confirmation earlier this week that The 1975 will be holding a record signing at Rough Trade East just two days after ‘Being Funny In A Foreign Language’ drops.

Tickets are on sale at Banquet Records this Sunday (October 2nd) from 9am, but are only available over the counter in the Kingston-based store.

This show is for ages 14+ only, with times currently TBC – doors open at 8:30pm it is expected that The 1975 will be on-stage in the 2000-capacity venue at 9:30pm.

If you’re unable to snag tickets for this show, you can catch The 1975 in a slightly-less-intimate venue on their UK tour in January 2023; tickets are available now.
