South African singer
Tyla has confirmed that her second record will be titled
'APOP', with a 24th July release date through Since '93 / RCA UK.
Arriving alongside an official album trailer, the project is preceded by two singles: '

'APOP' is the follow-up to 'TYLA' and its expanded edition 'TYLA+', released during 2024. Tyla describes the record's direction as "unapologetic", "confident", and "global".
A run of live appearances are on the horizon this summer, with Tyla set to headline Afronation in Portugal and perform at Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland, Beach Please! in Romania, and Hellwatt Festival in Italy. A performance at The TODAY Show's Citi Concert Series in New York City is also confirmed for 24th July.
