Violet Grohl has shared ‘Cool Buzz’, calling out hypocrisy in punk spaces
The LA musician's debut album 'Be Sweet To Me' arrives next month.

The track follows three previously released songs from the record - 'THUM', 'Applefish' and '595' - with the album arriving on 29th May through Auroura Records/Republic Records/Island Records UK.
Discussing the inspiration behind the single, Grohl said: "'Cool Buzz' is about poking fun at moral inconsistencies in punk guys who preach progressive politics, but then in their own musical spaces won't let women have a chance."
Beginning at Brooklyn's Baby's All Right on 4th June, her inaugural headline run takes in Philadelphia and Washington before she opens for The Breeders at their Baltimore and New York shows later that month. A string of European festival slots follow across the summer, with appearances at Pukkelpop, Reading & Leeds, and Electric Picnic all confirmed.
