Wisp has announced their debut album 'If Not Winter', set for release on 1st August via Music Soup/Interscope Records.
The shoegaze artist has also shared a new visualiser for their recent single 'Save Me Now', described as their grungiest track to date. The album represents a complete realisation of their boundary-pushing approach to the genre, incorporating pop songwriting elements and hardcore sensibilities alongside traditional shoegaze textures.
'If Not Winter' explores themes of medieval fantasy through diaristic lyrics, drawing inspiration from acts like Whirr and Slowdive, whom Wisp toured with in 2024.
