Zander has released his new indie bop 'New Woman' ahead of London's Lock In festival
Yorkshire artist Zander drops self-produced indie single 'New Woman' before performing at London's Lock In festival this September.

Zander has released his second single, 'New Woman', via Chess Club Records.
The Yorkshire-born artist's new track, which was written, produced, and recorded entirely by himself, follows June's debut Chess Club single 'Madeline'.
"It came out of a period of reflection. Constantly seeking validation in the past and asking myself why. The 'New Woman' is your childhood beating you down, your friend not being around, the job that seems to never end and the chip on your shoulder," Zander explains.
Having grown up in Yorkshire, Zander began playing guitar at age 12, influenced by Thin Lizzy, Free, and 80s synth pop. After moving to London in 2023, he began collaborating with various producers and songwriters, including Ethan P Flynn, Ed Nash, Joe Rodgers, Jack Cochrane, Toby Daintree, and Hugo M.Hardy.
