About Mandy, Indiana
Mandy, Indiana are an English–French noise rock band formed in 2018 and based between Manchester and Berlin. The band includes vocalist and lyricist Valentine Caulfield, guitarist and producer Scott Fair, synth player Simon Catling, and drummer Alex Macdougall. Caulfield, originally from Paris, is a native French speaker and performs predominantly in French. The band's name is a variation of Gary, Indiana, altered with the word "Mandy" on the advice of their record label. Their debut album, I've Seen a Way, was released in 2023 and was partially recorded in a cave in the West Country and in a crypt. Their second album, Urgh, was released in February 2026.
