About Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez is an American actress, singer, songwriter, businesswoman, and producer born on July 22, 1992. She began her career as a child actress, appearing on the television series Barney & Friends from 2002 to 2004. She gained prominence for her role as Alex Russo on the Disney Channel sitcom Wizards of Waverly Place, which aired from 2007 to 2012. In 2008, Gomez signed with Hollywood Records and formed the band Selena Gomez & the Scene, releasing three albums: Kiss & Tell, A Year Without Rain, and When the Sun Goes Down. She has also released three solo albums: Stars Dance (2013), Revival (2015), and Rare (2020). The album Rare included the US number-one single "Lose You to Love Me." Gomez released the Spanish EP Revelación in 2021 and her fourth album I Said I Love You First in 2025, with her husband Benny Blanco. Her collaborations include songs such as "We Don't Talk Anymore," "It Ain't Me," "Wolves," "Taki Taki," and "Calm Down."
