About This Track

A narrative track built around a fairy-tale premise: a girl called Lily, isolated within protective walls, ventures into the woods and encounters a creature that offers her everything she desires in exchange for surrender. The song frames this as a seduction, the creature's promises of gold and safety masking a darker intent. Lily recognises the trap too late, the ice beneath her breaking, and she flees in panic. Alan Walker, K-391, and Emelie Hollow construct the track as a kind of electronic fable, with Hollow's vocals carrying the emotional weight of Lily's fear and confusion. The production moves between sparse, unsettling passages and fuller moments of urgency, the repetition of the creature's refrain building a hypnotic pressure.
