In my dreams, I am underwater

My surroundings appear hazy and distorted, and the people around me dart about like fish while I am forced to maintain a sluggish pace

Every movement requires double the usual effort

This contrast of speeds causes something deep within my body to vibrate uncontrollably

I make a special effort to hold my breath against the fluid atmosphere, which is as dense as wet concrete

On certain days these conditions persist in my waking hours and even thе blistering heat of a summer aftеrnoon can't dry me out
