Lyrics

Hold Up

[Chorus]

People said I wouldn't amount to shit

Yeah, hold up, wow

Going hard and this is what you get

Yeah, hold up, wow

Used to ask my mamma for the whip

Yeah, hold up, wow

Now I'm presidential in the six

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

[Verse 1]

Yeah, hold up, hold up, roll up

I'ma need that light, like right when I show up

None light when I pour, drinking Doc Brown on ice 'til I throw up

They say I gotta dumb it down

Nah, I wouldn't do it for a hunnid thou'

I don't need a deal, need a house in the hills with a walk-in closet you can run in, wow

Matter fact run it now

I 'member when I used to get declined, oh

Used to hit the lows on the weekend

Now I'm making bitches hit the high notes

They say I'm going off the deep end, I'm in the i8 feelin' aight, though

Do I got some bitches that I fuck? Yeah

Do I got some bitches that I like? No

[Chorus]

People said I wouldn't amount to shit

Yeah, hold up, wow

Going hard and this is what you get

Yeah, hold up, wow

Used to ask my mamma for the whip

Yeah, hold up, wow

Now I'm presidential in the six

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

[Verse 2]

I'm just tryna make a play

Whole team on the floor, can't guard 'em

Not there but you know I'm on the way

Five G's too low, that's a bargain

I'm a stones stove from the stardom

I been globetrotting like Harlem

In the UK throwing money on the stage

Pretty young thang, you're a step back like Harden

Yea, I'm burning loud, blow it by the pound, that's that sound

Got a vulture mouth, floating on the clouds, back back down

Shots like a chopper, put a hunnid pounds 'front ya mouth

Bitch, I run the town, yeah, I shut it down, wow

[Chorus]

People said I wouldn't amount to shit

Yeah, hold up, wow

Going hard and this is what you get

Yeah, hold up, wow

Used to ask my mamma for the whip

Yeah, hold up, wow

Now I'm presidential in the six

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow

Yeah, hold up, wow
