‘Audacious’ by Franz Ferdinand is a 2025 alternative track from ‘The Human Fear’. The lyrics picture an unraveling, where seams fail and a rip turns into a run, until the fabric of existence comes undone. In the middle of the collapse, the voice sounds brash and dismissive, prompting a defiant “Hey there, we don’t care”. The song’s mood leans into that moment when control slips away, and only attitude remains.
