Lyrics

Reflection

I look in the mirror and I hate my reflection
Watch hands move on the clock 'til my head spin
Now all I can do is pick apart my imperfections
Don't give me fate, love, just give me fake love

I look in the mirror and I hate my reflection
Watch hands move on the clock 'til my head spin
Now all I can do is pick apart my imperfections
Don't give me fate, love, just give me fake love

Shouldn't put me down, your words can be ever painful
Say you hold me down, but attack from every angle
I always hold you down
But you never come around, you never come around

I couldn't help myself, you smiled and I was lost
In a lovesick world, endorphins, they can be toxic
You played me for a fool 'cause love was never an option
No, love was never an option

I wanna wake up and feel like this life is a blessing
Instead I'm drinking whiskey, loading bullets in my F-N
Leave everything I own to my family and best friends
And I know it ain't your fault, I just can't keep on pretending

That I love my life and everything is fine around me
While I feel like I'm drowning, demons they surround me
Talking very loudly, all inside my head
I know it's all inside my head, 'cause

I look in the mirror and I hate my reflection
Watch hands move on the clock 'til my head spin
Now all I can do is pick apart my imperfections
Don't give me fate, love, just give me fake love

Shouldn't put me down, your words can be ever painful
Say you hold me down, but attack from every angle
I always hold you down
But you never come around, you never come around
