I just remember one night after your dad and I had

I had gotten really sick

And your dad um went out
And got medicine for me
And some food for you kids

He took care of you guys
And he tucked you in bed
And I just remember him
Just sort of staying there for a while
And making sure everything was going to be okay
And I was gonna be okay
But I don't know that he knew- 'cause I was kind of dozing off
But I think one of my biggest memories that I come back to a lot
Is that your dad leaned over
And he kissed me on the forehead

When you weren't together?
