About This Track
ROCKET and FRESCO trade verses over a trap-inflected beat, each adopting the voice of someone caught between paranoia and swagger. ROCKET opens with boasts about wealth and status, name-checking designers and luxury brands, whilst the paranoia of the title creeps in through the refrain: the anxiety of exposure, of people knowing too much, of being watched. The production sits somewhere between trap and something harder, built to accommodate both the rapid-fire Russian-language wordplay and the repetitive, almost hypnotic hook. FRESCO's verse shifts the mood slightly, leaning into the psychological weight of the paranoia rather than the material posturing. Where ROCKET performs confidence, FRESCO admits to aggression, to feeling observed and judged, to the weight of attention itself. The song doesn't resolve the tension between these two positions; instead it lets them sit alongside each other, the paranoia and the ego feeding each other in a loop. The production stays lean and propulsive throughout, letting the voices do the work.
