Lyrics

Dig

[Intro]

(Change)

(Change)

[Verse 1]

She only wants it if it costs a lot

She's tryna turn me into someone I'm not

She's always saying how she could do way better

I'm only trying to connect the dots (The dots)

She only calls me when she's all alone

She says the things I wanted all along

She offers things that she can't possibly provide

Her love is only skin deep, deep between her thighs

[Pre-Chorus]

Now I've been trying to exist

Find myself a little bit

I can dig myself a ditch

Rest my heart inside of it

I could be somebody else

I would put myself through hell

I would do it for you if you will

[Chorus]

Stay, I swear I'll never be the same

Maybe I can change

Maybe I can change

Stay, I swear I'll never walk away

Maybe I can change

Forgive me for my mistakes

[Verse 2]

She tells me I'm not healthy for her now, but

She's only happy when I come around

She says I'm evil and my jokes are too offensive

She's been trying not to smile

I know she loves me, did I mention that?

I know she's liking through my Instagram

I watch her stories and I start to laugh

I'm growing tired of the games we play

She knows I'm the one, even if we won't say it now

[Pre-Chorus]

Now I've been trying to exist

Find myself a little bit

I can dig myself a ditch

Rest my heart inside of it

I could be somebody else

I would put myself through hell

I would do it for you if you will, ooh-ooh

[Chorus]

Stay, I swear I'll never be the same

Maybe I can change

Maybe I can change (Maybe I can)

Stay, I swear I'll never walk away

Maybe I can change

Forgive me for my mistakes

(Forgive me for my mistakes)

[Bridge]

I've become so asphyxiated

Tryna hide the truth, but we won't ever make it

I'm not good for you, I know that you're not good for me

Hanging by my life for you, but you become my shield

[Chorus]

Stay, I swear I'll never be the same

Maybe I can change

Maybe I can change (Maybe I can)

Stay, I swear I'll never walk away

Maybe I can change

Forgive me for my mistakes

Stay, I swear I'll never be the same

I don't think that I could ever change

Forgive me for my mistakes

[Outro]

Forgive me for my mistakes
