Isaac Holman has revealed that his solo project
Baby Dave will return with a third album,
'Billy', due 1st May. The announcement arrives with new single
'am i clean???'.Across the ten-track record, Holman explores grief, panic attacks, romance, insomnia and nostalgia. His latest track addresses his experience of OCD.
On the subject, Holman explains: "I have pretty severe ocd. It makes me do things I don't want to do and think about things I don't want to think about. It's torturous. It's exhausting."
Two previous records have arrived under the Baby Dave name. '
Monkey Brain' landed in 2022, featuring several tracks produced by Damon Albarn, while 2023's '
Different Gravy' included a collaboration with Kate Nash on the single '
Telephobia'.
