The session was part of a nine-song set from Grohl and Kurstin with a slew of special guests.

Grohl shared via Foo Fighters' social media accounts that "it's a little known fact that our favorite Guero actually has Jewish roots".

The self-titled EP of thrash metal features eight tracks, and hooks into the plot of the band's recent film, which debuted last month.
