Giveon Dezmann Evans, born February 21, 1995, is an American R&B singer and songwriter. He gained recognition with his 2019 song 'Like I Want You', which reached number 87 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2020, he signed with Epic Records and released two extended plays: 'Take Time' and 'When It's All Said and Done'. The former featured the single 'Heartbreak Anniversary', which peaked at number 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 and received quintuple platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America. Evans performed as a guest alongside Daniel Caesar on Justin Bieber's 2021 single 'Peaches', which debuted at number one on the Billboard Global 200, Billboard Hot 100, and Canadian Hot 100, and received four Grammy Award nominations. His two EPs were compiled into the album 'When It's All Said and Done... Take Time' (2021), which peaked at number five on the Billboard 200. In 2021, he also featured alongside Lil Durk on Drake's song 'In the Bible', which reached number seven on the Billboard Hot 100, marking his second top ten hit on the chart.
