Half Alive (stylized as half•alive or h•a) is an American rock band formed in Long Beach, California, in 2016. The band consists of Josh Taylor (vocals), Brett Kramer (drums), and J. Tyler Johnson (bass). They began recording music in 2017, releasing three singles and an extended play (EP). Their 2018 single 'Still Feel' peaked at number seven on the Alternative Airplay chart and sold over a million copies. Their debut studio album, Now, Not Yet, was released in 2019 and reached number 15 on Billboard's Top Alternative Albums chart.
