Knocked Loose is an American hardcore punk band from Oldham County, Kentucky. The band was formed in 2013 and is signed to Pure Noise Records. They released their debut studio album, Laugh Tracks, in September 2016. Their second album, A Different Shade of Blue, was released in 2019. In 2021, they issued the EP A Tear in the Fabric of Life, which incorporated elements of death metal. Their third album, You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To, was released in 2024 and topped the UK Hard Rock & Metal chart.

Knocked Loose will headline Manchester's two-day Outbreak Festival in June 2025, sharing top billing with Alex G and Slowdive.
The tour will visit ten cities with support from Basement, Harms Way, and Pest Control.
Knocked Loose's just-dropped third full-length is a testament to their growth and dedication, and it's already shaping up to be one of 2024's most essential albums.
The track is part of their upcoming album 'You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To'.
They've a new album due in May.
