Louise Elizabeth Redknapp, known professionally as Louise, is an English singer, dancer, and media personality born on 4 November 1974. She was a member of the R&B girl group Eternal, which debuted in 1993 with the album Always & Forever. She left the group in 1995 to pursue a solo career. As a solo artist, she released five studio albums: Naked (1996), Woman in Me (1997), Elbow Beach (2000), Heavy Love (2020), and Confessions (2025). After a 17-year recording hiatus, she returned with Heavy Love, and her album Confessions was released in May 2025, preceded by the single "Confession" in February 2025. In addition to her music career, Redknapp has presented several television shows and served as a judge on the UK version of So You Think You Can Dance. She participated in the fourteenth series of BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing, reaching the final in 2016. Her memoir, You've Got This: And Other Things I Wish I Had Known, was published in 2021. She was married to former footballer Jamie Redknapp. In 2023, she released Greatest Hits, featuring reimagined versions of her singles and five new songs.
