Romy Madley Croft, born on 18 August 1989, is an English musician who releases solo music under the name Romy. She is the guitarist and co-vocalist of the band the xx, which won the Mercury Music Prize. In 2023, she released her first solo album, Mid Air, which reached number 15 on the UK Albums Chart. She was nominated for the Brit Award for British Dance Act at the 2024 Brit Awards.
