Dork is taking over The Nest at Truck Festival 2026
The Oxfordshire weekender confirms running order across Truck Stage, Market Stage and The Nest.
The Wombats are an English indie rock band formed in Liverpool in 2003. The band members include Matthew Murphy (lead vocals, guitar, keyboards), Tord Øverland Knudsen (bass, backing vocals, keyboards), and Dan Haggis (drums, backing vocals, keyboards). They released several EPs before their first full-length album, Girls, Boys and Marsupials, in 2006, which was released only in Japan and included tracks that later appeared on their major-label debut, A Guide to Love, Loss & Desperation, in 2007. The band released a self-titled EP in 2008 and toured for three years before releasing the albums This Modern Glitch in 2011, Glitterbug in 2015, and Beautiful People Will Ruin Your Life in 2018. All three albums received mostly positive reviews. Their fifth album, Fix Yourself, Not the World, was released in 2022 and became their first number-one album, topping the UK Albums Chart within a week of release.
